Our historic bar located in the heart of our property, recently reopened in March 2017, but has been host to Country Music's greatest such as Willie Nelson & George Strait in the past! The Tavern is in full swing with signature cocktails, cold beers, flavorful wines and great times!

Today, Dark Skies Tavern is a place to grab a drink, stay for a meal, catch the game, or hang out for the night. We offer dine-in and take-out options with an excellent bar menu available throughout the day.

With 7 TVs throughout the Tavern, we're a great place to watch your favorite teams, including live-streamed Wimberley Texans football and college football during the season.

We're also known for our weekly lineup of trivia, live music, open mic, steak night, karaoke, brunch and more. There's usually a reason to come back this week.
